HESIS occasionally utilise Recruitment Agencies but only if they have achieved acceptance onto our vendor list and if terms & conditions are previously agreed. Agencies should not contact us speculatively and we will not accept uninvited CVs or sales calls.
If CV’s are submitted without us initially requesting, we will consider these as a gift and will retain the absolute right to pursue and hire that candidate without any obligation to any third-party terms and conditions, even when these form part of the CV – we will not pay any agency fees associated with uninvited third-party applications.
